Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with the purchase you’ve received. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returns must be in new, unopened and unused condition. In the case of greeting cards, these should still be in their original sealed cellophane sleeve.
Return Process
To return an item, please contact alex@caminada.co.uk to confirm the return of the item(s). Once we’ve responded and accepted the return, please place the item(s) securely in the original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your return. Please allow 14 days from the receipt of your item(s) to process your return. Refunds will be made to the PayPal account used for the purchase of the item(s). We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.
